The STR Operator CircleReviews of thestroperatorcircle.com

I can’t say enough great things about my mentor and short-term rental coach! Having someone with this level of knowledge, experience, and genuine passion for helping others succeed has been an absolute game changer. What truly sets him apart is that he doesn’t just teach you about short-term rentals — he gives you the confidence, strategies, and guidance to actually build a successful business. From finding the right properties and maximizing revenue to designing an unforgettable guest experience, his insight has been invaluable. He genuinely cares about the success of the people he mentors and is always willing to share his knowledge, answer questions, and help navigate challenges. It’s rare to find someone who is not only incredibly successful at what they do but also truly invested in helping others reach that same level. The knowledge and confidence I’ve gained have been worth every penny. If you’re serious about getting into short-term rentals or taking your existing portfolio to the next level, I couldn’t recommend him more highly. One of the best investments you can make is learning from someone who has already achieved what you’re working toward. I can’t say enough amazing things about Kyle and his family.

Being a part of the STR Operator Circle Community is a decision my husband and I are so grateful we made. This community allows for investors to have a place to discuss any and all items related to real estate investing. Kyle is a huge resource and coach with a goal to share his knowledge thoughtfully and constructively. We love being a part of this community!

Kyle has changed our lives. We had a successful business but needed to transition our capital into something that was a bit more passive so we could spend more time at home with the kids! Through Kyle's leadership and guidance we have 1.) tripled the amount of money we were making on one short term rental (STR) 2.) turned our lagging STR around and stopped loosing money on it and 3.) bought a new STR that broke even the first month and started cash flowing the second month during a slow season! Kyle's intelligent, compassionate, knowledgeable training and guidance has been invaluable to us. I tried to do our first Air BnB on my own and failed spectacularly. Only when I started working with Kyle did we start making money. We now have so much more time to spend with the kids and are getting very close to retiring in our 40's! I am so grateful that Kyle now has an evergreen coaching program because things are constantly changing in the short term rental investment space and I know I can always jump on a call to get his advice. When you have so much invested in real estate having an expert on your side is a must! My only regret/wish is that we had met Kyle sooner and had started investing in real estate earlier. My advice to investors- don't walk, run to join the STR Operator Circle before you invest a dime in real estate. You won't regret it.

He checks-in, answers any questions, any time of the day, and is always willing to help. I purchased his course and have been listening to his calls and watching his videos and I have learned so much in a short amount of time—like how the rub count for the sofa you purchase is super important because every guest will sit on it at some point and you don’t want it to wear down fast! He has a lot of knowledge in the SRT space and is always connecting with experts in the field, which means he also wants to continue learning and growing. I HIGHLY recommend Kyle to anyone looking to get started in the SRT industry.

I started working one-on-one with Kyle at the end of July. As a business owner, I've always invested in real estate and used it to offset taxes, but it wasn't until I learned about the massive benefits of short-term rentals that I knew I wanted to get into this asset class. It took just over a month working with Kyle to find the right market and secure the right home. We've since closed and are in setup mode, and I'm excited to learn the management side over the next couple of weeks. What's stood out most is Kyle's attentiveness to exactly where I'm at in the process. I decided to work 1:1 with him, and his A-to-Z coursework is nothing short of a college course. The experts he brings into his community and the resources he provides are unmatched. If you're looking for a mentor who has personally done dozens of transactions, you need to have a conversation with Kyle.

Kyle has been an incredible resource throughout my short-term rental journey. His knowledge of this business, willingness to help, and ability to talk me through everything from the big decisions to the inevitable “is this normal?!” moments have been invaluable. He helped me launch my first STR, and my 2 bed, 1.5 bath property is on track to do around $85K in its first year. I’m already getting ready to buy #2! The Operator Circle brings the kind of guidance and access that is incredibly helpful to a new STR owner. There is so much you simply don’t know until you’re actually doing this, especially once those first guests start arriving. Having someone experienced to turn to takes so much of the uncertainty out of it. If you’ve been thinking about getting into short-term rentals and waiting for a sign, this might be it. Between the income potential, tax benefits, and having the right guidance along the way, I’m very glad I took the leap.

Awesome training program and a ton of industry knowledge. Kyle is a true professional in the STR industry. The community makes the journey enjoyable and it’s easy to appreciate the support.
