Over-sensitive Staff
The group has great signals, but low on education. Also, Ashley frequently bans people, or complains about criticism, when they show the slightest displeasure in a trade gone wrong. She seems a bit oversensitive in this regard, considering that many people use small accounts and a big loss can be quite detrimental to them. I would suggest that she should ease up a little and take criticism in stride, as long as it remains polite. In most of the cases, the criticism wasn't even verbal, but rather through emoticons such as a crying face, or a drop of blood. Lighten up, Ashley! Everyone loves your group. Don't be so sensitive!
