What a thirdclass, pathetic, and disgusting customer service. The guy responsible for cleaning seems to have some behavioural issues. Not at all safe for families to deal with such idiots.

This company should be renamed Porthole Bill’s as they clean in the middle but certainly don’t do corners! I was promised a deep clean/spring clean but it certainly didn’t live up to its websites claims. They cleaned the oven well enough. However, I’ve never seen anyone mop a floor one handed before that just seems to be moving the dust around. My dressing table has a mirror on top, they didn’t even think of dusting behind! I thought to myself that if they did a good job, I’d book them for a weekly clean. It serves me right for being quite trusting. However, after I’d paid them £375.00 for approx 4 hours work I find that they’d broken one of my glass candle holders, put it on my food waste bin and didn’t even have the decency or honesty to tell me! Charlatans!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. If you like wasting your money, then go ahead and contact this company. I booked them last month to clean my entire house, but the work was not done properly. My carpets started smelling after they left, and there were still visible stains and dirt on both my carpet and sofa. I contacted them and provided proof of the poor-quality work. They assured me they would arrange a visit to fix the issues, but since then, I have received no response. I will be leaving this review on every platform possible, including Facebook, to warn others. Do not use their services unless you want your money wasted.

BEWARE!!!!This is a complete bait and switch! Terrible with communication and I should have known better than to schedule an appointment with them. The appointment was scheduled for 10 to 12 and they called me at 7 AM and said they were on their way after confirming the time twice? Then they arrived an hour late With a portable cleaner that I could have rented from the grocery store and did myself. The price of $109 increased if I actually wanted the carpet cleaned and not just hot water. On top of that they use your water and your electricity. The entire company is a huge scam and I can’t believe they are still in business??
