Paid 67usd for some courses but two weeks later got charged an extra 97usd without any reason showing up in my purchase history on my socialman account. Awaiting reply from customer support, will change review depending on their actions.

Scam fest. Everyones reviews are spot on. Send your bank/credit card this webpage with all these reviews showing how many people are experiencing fraud. They will mark the company as fraudulent and issue a chargeback. Over time they should have an increasingly challenging time gaining access to merchants and payment processors. They could easily operate with integrity, but I guess that isn't in their nature? I am confused why they wouldn't just charge you for what they say they are going to charge you for and try to upsell you on other products. I am following up with how they are storing their credit card numbers since they should be required to have you mark that it is ok to store your credit card. Hopefully they are tokenizing card numbers but who knows. If they are selling this information they will have some problems. I'd recommend changing your card numbers incase they are storing the numbers and able to use/sell them.

Bait & Switch Scam. They tell you the $67 is a one time charge to access the basic materials forever. If you want more advanced materials you get charged extra or even monthly for it. They charged me for the advanced materials which I didn't even ask for, wasn't in my shopping cart, it just showed up a few minutes later after I signed up for the basics. Then I get an email saying they are going to charge me monthly for just the basics, which was not part of the original deal and the email said if I don't respond to the email they are going to charge me anyway. Do you know what kind of men lie, cheat steal, don't respond to emails are called? Simps. These guys are absolute simps. There is nothing masculine about cheating and lying.

They sell you a course and add you in subscriptions you didn't asked for. They make sure the information about the subscriptions are hidden in loads of texts and videos when you are buying their products. Then, they bill you after some days, in your credit card. In my opinion, a decent and trustable company should make money by it's quality of service, not by conducting the client to pay for things by mistake. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

Products are all legit. Some very good content that will help you with your game. Also, Christian the owner is very knowledgeable and he's an awesome guy. He really cares about what he teaches. Been with social mam since 2013. 10/10 recommend.

Bought a product for $65 and was billed another $90 some bonus package which was added on without me ever really opting in for it - I never read the fine print 🤦♂️. I thought I’d been scammed when I couldn’t reach them but after about 48 hours they got back to me and are processing the full refund now. Can’t really comment on the product but just that they do seem like a legit company and the customer service was actually good in the end.
