No one seems able to locate the package I paid additional charges for expediated shipping. I feel like customer service does not desire my business which is fine. If shipping options other than USPS were available it would improve my review - USPS is a dark hole items suddenly have no known whereabouts.

After MUCH trouble setting up an account (which the system deleted) I tried ordering without an account — only to find that they cannot ship to me (I'm in the USA). I was trying to pay by credit card, so maybe they just prefer bitcoin. No real support provided. If 0 stars was an option I would give 0.

The product I purchased from the shop was the highest quality I could possibly get and professionally packaged shipped appropriately I could not be happier. It even arrived a little bit early which is good because it got here 24 hours before severe weather set in.

Ordered product they created shipping label but never shipped it. And they blocked me from being able to email them. Don’t do business with this company!

The customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever encountered. “Brian” was rude, abrasive, and and spitefully canceled my order after charging my account. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
