Fantastic customer service, helped me with some account issues (that I caused) and sorted it out same day. Oh and the visuals are amazing as well!

For the price point, the selection is pretty good but I would've liked more variety. I didn't find something I liked right away so I didn't use any of the templates (design is subjective, so I don't fault them for this). Then, a few weeks later, Slidequest sent me an email that they are adding more free templates and it sounds like more free templates are coming! I'm really hoping there will be something I like there. The one thing that would've been nice is a way to filter based on the file type I use e.g. Powerpoint vs Google Slides vs Keynote.

Was t able to reset my password - sent a quick message to them. Sarah stepped in set up my account and was able to log in and select and download what I needed to get my presentation started. Quick response and went about my day. Great selections and allows me to be successful. Thanks Sarah!

Couldn't find my login details to download updates, so dropped Slidequest a line. Within a few hours, they'd checked the account, and re-issued new credentials for me. Great customer service.
