I needed to upgrade my single user license to the team one, and Sarah responded within 30 minutes of my initial contact us request through the website, and continued offering fast, thorough and direct support until my request was completed. Not only are the templates amazing, customer service is too.

I just purchased the Slidequest full access pass, together with the extra vectors icon. While I still have to browse and experience the many opportunities, I was very happy to see my invoice request handled in a super responsive manner by Sarah from their customer service team: well done and thanks to her!
