Can you please provide us with the email address you have used for us to see if your email did reach our email server? As for google slides, Google Slides doesn’t have its own format. So the only way to export a Google Slides Presentation after working on it is by exporting it on PPTX which is a standard format for Google Slides. You may edit the template once you have uploaded them to google slides. HI Simon, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Sometimes, the activation email is being filtered by your pop3 mail server. We recommend that you check your spam, junk and all mail sections in the future. We did provide the video tutorial on how to edit the excel application so that the values will reflect directly on the template.
