SlidequestReviews of theslidequest.com

I paid and haven’t received anything except emails that do not have any links to download or anything useable. I have written to get help and all I get in return is a request for this review. So here it is. It’s a scam - don’t waste your money.

I purchased the Mood & Maker Aesthetic & Editorial Stock Photos Bundle because it was advertised with lifetime updates. The photos are beautiful, but the updates are not being delivered as promised. New collections are shown on the sales page, yet they are not added to my download folder or Excel sheet. I have contacted support about this issue and received no response. Very disappointing experience, especially when lifetime updates are clearly part of the offer.

Waste of money. Slides are primitive and the selections are basic.

I have to give them 1 star as 0 stars is not an option. I purchased this product and the slides are all broken. Every single one states PowerPoint found a problem with content, PowerPoint can attempt to repair the presentation. The same for the Excel ones too. EVERY SINGLE ONE!!!

Don't know whether this is a fake site or not. Didn't get access to slides after payment, only a link to da dropbox folder. Tried to reach support three times this week and didn't get any response.

Templates are very very ordinary, their marketing is better than the rest of the products. Charged $100 AUD for an “add on” that I either can’t access or they are no different to the existing lifetime membership templates - and they haven’t responded to any correspondence. The way to cancel the yearly subscription add on is really difficult to find and does not explain whether you can still access the original subscription up until it would normally renew. Read fine print carefully. Recommend to do research and purchase from elsewhere.

Very bad services, they don't respond to a lot of my emails

The SlideQuest slides look good in their extensive marketing and website, but once you download them, you find out how bad they really are. They're hard to use, the Excel integration is clunky (if it works at all), and it just looks like amateur hour. There is NO WAY I'm going to represent my company with this product. I'd have to overhaul every single slide, and if I'm doing that, I might as well just start from scratch! The slides they use in marketing are as good as it gets. The rest are dated, disappointing, and will impress no one. Investing in SlideQuest was a huge mistake. Deleted but they refused to provide a refund.
