My main concern with this site is profile quality, and how that concern was handled.
There are long-dormant profiles listed, including people I know to be married. I reported specific ones directly to support, and they stayed up. The response was that they don’t track who is married and it’s the members’ own responsibility to close their accounts, while also describing not doing so as an act of infidelity.
So I suggested something that requires no accusations and no investigating anyone: show a “last active” date on profiles, and prompt accounts dormant for years to check in or be deactivated, with plenty of warning first. That wasn’t taken up either. I was eventually told that any allegation against a member would need two or three witnesses, which doesn’t answer a request for basic account maintenance. I was also told that some of these long-inactive accounts are subscribers.
Other things I raised at the same time: people can comment on your photos, but you can’t read those comments without paying, which seems to be exactly why the site is full of duplicate profiles —> a second account is the free workaround. And I asked for a privacy setting to limit who can see and contact me by age range, which many platforms already offer. That got no response at all.
I wanted this platform to work. My issue isn’t that everything was fixed at once, it’s that reasonable, low-cost suggestions from a paying member were deflected rather than considered.

Hi Zippora,
Thank you for providing enough information for us to identify your account and review your concerns properly. You are right that our earlier handling did not directly address your suggestions concerning dormant accounts, duplicate profiles, activity transparency, photo-comment access, and age-based privacy controls.
We should have acknowledged those product concerns rather than treating the conversation only as allegations about individual members. We are reviewing how your concerns were handled and will contact you privately regarding the account-specific details so personal information remains off this public page.
Thank you for taking the time to explain where we fell short.

BEWARE.
This site is fake. Beware.
They used a false photo from an individual who contacted me and we agreed to email each other instead of using the site. Bad idea.
The site does warn against using emailing. Of course they would because they charge to send messages on their site!
The individual proceeded to love bomb. But he picked on the wrong person. I found it quite insulting and could see through it immediately.
He asked for my phone number, which I sadly agreed to share with him but chose not to go further, after I did a phone number and email address reverse search and discovered that although, he spoke brilliant English and gave false information about living in the USA and being part form Eastern Europe, this number was, in fact, linked to Nigeria.
All the red flags were there and now this company, whether they are guilty or not, are culpable. They need to vet users or they themselves will come into question - particularly after all these very revealing reviews.
STAY AWAY.

My experience with the single Adventist
I have several concerns with this site.
1. First and foremost it says Seventh Day Adventist but one of the operators compared working on the site on Saturdays with a hospital. Since when is working on a dating site a vital service.
2. I was promised a 25% discount for diamond subscription. When I was singing up I did not see any promo code for the discount. I signed up anyway and then contacted a representative for the discount. Instead, he ignored my request about twice and the third time I was given a code for the discount but not the discount. In other words, when I would buy another subscription then I would receive a discount. He just ignored my request. Now it is not about the discount. It surely would not make me poor. The issue is TRUST.
3. In addition, I would get likes from ladies who were my preferred age group, status, and corporal preferences from either California or Honolulu. How can those girls know what I like and why would they only be from Hawaii and California. It seems to me that it is a ploy by the site to get people to buy subscription so they can see who like them; ladies who do not exist and who would answer the messages sent to them. How do I know? Because I wrote to them just to see what would happen.
4. This site has profiles from 12 years ago. People who are married and have a family. I told the representative about profiles that have more than 12 years and of profiles that last logged in more than ten years. He said that people need to contact the agency for it to remove their profiles. He also said that some people log in once a year. Something very difficult for me to believe. They are just using people’s profiles to have a large data base so to attract other people and make them believe that the site is large.
5. The first time I subscribed with a diamond subscription, I was able to see when was the last login date of someone. Two months when I subscribed with a diamond subscription, I was not able to see the last login date. When I asked the representative, he said or privacy issues. But how can we know if someone is active? If they have a problem with someone knowing their last login date, they should not use a dating site.
In conclusion, I advise folks not to use this site. It is not an Adventist/Christian site. They are just out to make money rather than to bring people together. Stay away from it

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We take your concerns very seriously, and I want to address each point to ensure we provide clarity and work towards a resolution.
Seventh-Day Adventist Concerns: We apologize for any confusion caused by the analogy used by our operator. Our intention was never to equate the operation of a dating site with essential services like a hospital. We will address this internally to ensure our communications are more thoughtful and aligned with our community's values.
Discount Issue: I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced regarding the discount. We strive to handle such promotions with transparency and ease. It seems we missed the mark this time, and for that, I apologize. Please contact us directly so we can apply the promised discount to your current subscription immediately.
Concerns About Profile Authenticity: We understand concerns about the genuineness of profiles and likes. It's important to us that our platform fosters genuine connections. We continually refine our systems to prevent and remove inauthentic accounts. Regarding the geographical focus of likes you mentioned, our algorithms may highlight users with high compatibility scores, but we will review this to ensure it aligns better with user preferences.
Outdated Profiles: Maintaining an up-to-date user base is crucial, and we are working on improving how frequently we audit profiles. Your input is invaluable, and we are implementing more rigorous processes to deactivate outdated or inactive profiles to enhance user experience.
Visibility of Last Login Date: The change regarding the visibility of the last login date was intended to protect user privacy. However, we understand your concern about activity transparency and are exploring alternative ways to indicate user activity that respect privacy while providing our members with useful information.
We are committed to upholding our values as a Christian dating site and providing a platform that truly helps our members connect meaningfully. Your feedback is critical in this journey, and we hope to regain your trust.
Please reach out to us so we can address your concerns personally and improve your experience with us.
Thank you again for your feedback.

This website is a scammed
This website is a scammed. First thing first, they want you to pay $44.00 per month for full message. It’s not enough choice. Even if you pay $24.00, you can message only if someone likes you. It is not worth the money or time for this site. It is not even a Christian site. It was bought from a person in Rocklin, California and they merge it with other sites. So you see all denominations instead just sda. Just the sheer amount you have to pay and not many local selections is absurd.
