We've refunded your payment, and your subscription will not renew again. No further action is needed on your end. For anyone else reading: we refund any subscription payment upon request within 30 days of it being made, including annual renewals, no questions asked. Our customer support is email-based rather than phone-based - we typically respond within 24-48 hours at [email protected]. Hi there, thank you for your message. TheShareWay currently is only available to nonprofits in the US right now. We wish we have the resources to provide our donation matching services to nonprofits everywhere too. We want to and plan to expand in the future as we grow. Stay tuned!
