Best training out there hands down
Justin Colby and The Science of Flipping have the best training out there hands down! I've been a part of other programs, courses, and coaches and nothing compares. He just cares so much, and is very thorough. I'd give 6 stars if I could.

Justin Colby is the real deal. If you follow what he tell you step by step, you will definitely win. I went to having no cash buyers to over 100 cash buyers in a day, by following his methods. I also closed my first deal of 3k in 2021 following his instructions.
