Working with the Roots Digital has been a good experience. They are very easy to work with, flexible, knowlegdeable and patient. From the onset you are assigned a project manager. In my case, Jay was my PM and a was pleased to be assigned to him. He was always available to guide me to the next step. I highly recommend working with "The Roots Digital".

For the short amount of time that I’ve been working with them, it has been very fun and very reliable. They communicate very well about what’s going on with your account and they help you throughout the entire process.

Really happy with my Shopify store. The team did a great job with the design and added some really useful plugins that make things much easier to manage. Everything looks professional and works smoothly. Definitely a good experience overall!

Unfortunately, they couldn't handle upgrading my website. Spent a lot of time and money with no fulfillment. They did put together a few good social media ads after some trial and error but that was about it.

Roots digital is by far the best company i have ever worked with. They help me with my ebay store that was not doing anything. They gelp in listing items, updating trqcking information and even responding to customers questions. There very straigth forward about what is needed to scale your online presence. Im using the profits there making to put back in my ebay store to build up. If your on the fence, just sign up and you'll be very surprised

Bait and switch. They said I was getting a Shopify store for 149 then said I had to pay them 250 to host it and more for creating Facebook and Instagram accounts with ads. Do not believe anything they say. Asked for a refund they denied. Had to file a chargeback.
