It cost me $2,500 to hire them and they were to help with my Shopify store to get sales and do marketing. Nobody there knows what they're doing. I lost money and did not make one dime the entire time they were hired. So on top of the $2,500 it cost me more money per month on which I did not make a single dime. Because of this I had to completely close down my Shopify store. I went into severe credit card debt.These people are definitely scammers. Frauds

Awful experience! Hired for Amazon and Walmart stores. Very slow communication, lack of urgency, and incompetence. Made promises that they could not keep. After 8 months, less than half of my Amazon inventory is sold. Walmart store was never created. Won’t refund my money despite having a contract that states it should be refunded.

If I could give a negative 5 I would. In short in August of 2024 i entrusted this company to use their expertise and connections to automate my Amazon store, in 2 months it for suspended, eight months later not one product was sold, they walked me through a Walmart store that failed and got suspended as well as the Amazon . Going back to how I got the Walmart store; I complained and no resolve from them so I put in my review online, I got a call and agreed to have them put up a Walmart store as a replacement for my Amazon store, I was adamant that I only wanted to do this if no problems like Amazon and I want to be fully transparent with Walmart no games, Jay Singh who is the manager agreed. Well once in it was done through buying gift cards and I thought that was weird, my profits were nothing as I was told they would be and still in the red. I inquired as to why we are not making money, why does my Walmart page look subpar, Jay said I need resellers licenses for multiple states to get profits up, well he said it would be another $3,000 to get that going; this was not disclosed to me prior to contracting with them. Ash Dalton signed for the agency. Seems to be a shell company. You may see Quick Digit Solutions LLC on your bank statement, Paperwork is West Hollywood, Jay says he’s in Texas and everyone has a thick foreign accent that I think is Asian, so nothing fits and their numbers are now disconnected, no one is responding to me and I have not been made whole. I want my money back. They are refusing to do that. I would recommend you avoid this group to not end up like I did. I don’t even know how to fix this and thats 2 earning opportunities I am disqualified from approaching now due to their incompetence and I think deliberate swindling. I tried my best to make this work and it was tragic. I truly wish this would have worked out and they had the same good faith that I extended to them. It’s just sad and unfortunate. What’s worse is how I have to look my loved ones who told me not to do this…I have to look in their eyes as they force themselves not to say, I told you so. It’s a loss I didn’t believe would happen.

Rocket Retail promised the world and delivered nothing. Do not trust. 1) They charged over a thousand pounds to set up an amazon shop. -> it sold to markets that lost money per sale. 2) no ability to understand the profit difference depending on if the company is registered for vat or not. incorrectly calculated unit profit per product wrong. 3) chose products with very low profit margin. one refund would wipe out the profit on 5 sales. 4) were £800 out on their prediction of my turnover on my first order or 30% 5) first order lost £400 6) promised a refund for first order loss in 7 days days and then did not pay. 7) sales team were looking for an investment £50000! a 30% loss of that would have been £15000! glad I just dipped my toe in.

I hired Rocket Retail to manage my Amazon account, and the experience was awful. They entered the wrong product descriptions, which caused returns, account flags, and ultimately serious damage to my account. My inventory—worth over $1,000—was removed and sent to Rocket Retail, but I have never seen it again. They made mistakes, took no accountability, and left me with losses. This feels like a scam, and I would strongly warn anyone against trusting them with their Amazon business.

I’m so not happy about this process it’s been ten months and I’ve not sold anything yet not one thing but they cost me over $3500. They apologized for the issues and the delays and offered to set up a free Walmart store that never happened literally every week my rep Sadie gives me an excuse on why the delay has been going on for 10 months only reasons no resolution no problem solving no refund no nothing just limbo so my recommendation stay away please for your peace of mind your money and stress stay away

The could not make good on any of the services they claim to be able to provide. Once I requested a refund. They pushed another product. They then requested more money from to start selling on the Wal-Mart market place. They were supposed to build the store but I had to create the store myself. Which is part of the service I was paying for. So, I told them I am not giving another $750 dollars. If the store is going to make as much as you say. Keep the profits until the balance is satisfied and then I can receive payouts. They said they could not do that. This is what solidified my suspicions. This is a scam and there was never going to be any money made.
