Been trying to email the company since 5 minutes after I placed my order when they whacked on £6.95 for delivery when I paid Apple Pay. I qualified for free delivery and would never have bought it with that amount of delivery fee. I emailed as soon as the order went through and 3 times since to say to cancel the order. Came here to see reviews and surprise surprise their customer service is shocking.

Printer itself is decent, what isn't decent is the utter garbage software which you cannot do much of anything with, unless you pay a subscription. Everything is literally hidden behind a pay wall, so do yourself a favour and avoid like plague.

Printer worked well at first. Now no longer works, paper just feeds through and comes out blank. Contacted thermonote about this and they are not interested in helping resolve the issue.

Hi Anne, typically when customers have issues with printing, we find that they installed the roll of paper incorrectly. We send videos to customers who face this issue and 80% of the time, this resolves it. Also, we tried looking for your email and name in our system, but we could not find it. Do you mind sending us another email at [email protected] so we can rectify this issue.

SCAM!! AVOID!!! I bought a printer off thermanote which has never been received. I have sent them lots of correspondence to allow them time to reply and rectify the issue which has been ignored. Essentially they have just stole my money. I am filing with the police to get a crime number against the company. Avoid avoid avoid

thermanote is just another dropshipping gimmick where the ship these printers to you from China. There's other cheaper options online that sell the same thing. I literally found one instantly called ThermoNote, where thermanote literally just copied the idea and sold the same printers for a higher price.
