I’m confused on why there is some good reviews about getting a cash out & everyone else is saying bad things .. I’ve been waiting on my payout for over a week. I’ve email 3 times & have yet to receive anything . It’s kind of annoying because I paid money on games bought extra storage on my phone & now I’m not getting nothing back. I’m a single mom of 4 I could d just kept my money instead of going out my way on this app . Going to uninstall it now. I understand now why people have trust issues with these app . This one gets 0 stars !!

I’m so sick of these guys. I wrote a review a while back calling it a scam, and I should have left it at that. They sent me an email shortly after I posted that and said ‘oh, we credited you!’ (They didn’t.) Then they sent me a worthless virtual Visa card that can only be used at a couple online places. Then! They emailed me and said if I didn’t change my review they would have their legal team come after me for slander. Which is illegal. So, after one of their representatives actually called me and sent me a PayPal, I did go back and change my review because he said they had switched companies, blah blah blah. Lame. Do not waste your time or money. It is an absolute scam. Total lies and string you along until they get called out, and then MAYBE you will see something. Do not, I repeat DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP.

I have submitted request to pay out but nothing has come from it it makes me very sad.

Nobody is responding about missing credits and I requested to cash out and I just want my money so I can be on my way. I wish I looked into them before

Cashed out almost a week ago . Still haven’t heard anything back . The customer service link clearly doesn’t work and my emails have been getting sent back . Not sure what else to do . Yet they keep sending me updates about missions and task I can do to earn money . Very weird . Sad I wasted my time .

I submitted a request for my gift card payout of $25 over two weeks ago, and my account dashboard is still completely stuck on “Request Submitted.” This is well past the advertised 48-hour processing window. I have tried reaching out through standard support channels, but have received no response. Dozens of other reviews show this is a widespread issue due to your recent company transition. Please look into my account and manually release my pending reward code immediately.

Still waiting for my payout and it’s been over a month ago

I made $107 and cashed out last Sunday. I received a email saying it could take up to 48hrs to get approved but it’s been almost an entire week. I contacted the support link but it doesn’t work. Nobody ever emailed me back and when I try to direct email them it rejects my email. I still haven’t received my payment. This is a scam and a waste of your time find a different app to make extra money cause this one sucks at paying ppl
