Most Recent Experience,When I Purchased TRP Product
Andrew was great- support person. He was helpful, professional, and personable. I would chat with him again. ☺️ There was a slow response to my emails re: purchasing my product. Though I understand security is extremely important re: creating of a Password, I had to keep repeating my choice, until it was accepted by TRP, so I could finalize my most recent purchase. That was frustrating! 😕 I almost rescinded my order. Please consider changing that policy. Thank u

Delivery takes to long
Still haven’t got my product taking forever

Hi Patricia, Thank you for letting us know about this issue. Your order was shipped the very next day after you ordered, however, it appears USPS is running slow due to the holiday weekend. We do sincerely apologize for the delay and hope the package arrives to you soon. If you do not receive your package within the next day or two please let us know and we will make it right for you! We will follow-up with an email that contains the link to the USPS tracking.

So when does it come?
My main issue ordering was there was no acknowledgement or message or email saying when to expect my order. This survey was the first indication the order went through.

Hi Sheryl, Thanks for your feedback. If you included your email in your purchase info then you should have received an automated confirmation email shortly after you placed your order. Once your order was processed you should have received another email that includes a tracking # for your package. If your order was placed over the weekend it will not be processed until Monday morning. We recommend checking the spam / promotions folder in your email server as it may have gone there. I only received my product on Friday
I only received my product on Friday. After using for 2 days, I see no difference. Maybe you should ask a month in. Thank you

Okay product
I have been pretty miserable with my ear ringing for several months, and I am willing to try any product that could possibly give me relief. This little pill has helped some what, and I am willing to give it more time to work. Hopefully, I will have great success.

Tinnitus Product Review
We aren't noticing any difference in our tinnitus yet as we have only had it for two weeks. So the jury is out on how effective it is. What we like is the ease of putting the small "pill" under your tongue.

Finding the product and getting it…
Finding the product and getting it worked just fine, but using it is still not helping the little red bump on my eyelid.
