I purchased a three bottles I have used one while it did not completely clear it up as of this time it has greatly diminished ringing in my right ear so for me it is working and I'm glad and I'm happy it would be really nice if it would cure it but I will see what happens but I'm glad I found your advertisement and I'd rather recommend that everybody tries your product who has the same problem I do
