Tracking number didnt work but the new one given did. Thanks
The tracking number didn't work and the item didn’t come in 5 business days so i panicked and thought it was a scam. I just got the product today. Well packed. Thank you . Changed my 1 star to 4 star rating thank michael for your response and new tracking number .

Great alternatives to medications
Homeopathics are great addition to my health care and I can use with or without medications. TRP products work well for me and are not toxic like some medications or other homeopathics. The eye drops are great especially the dry eye. They work.

Shipping Offer
In an email, I was offered "free shipping ($6.95) if you spend $30 or more." I placed my order and was charged a flat fee of $9.99. I inquired if I qualify for the free shipping offer (I am in Canada) but did not receive a response. On a brighter note, I would like to thank "Billie" for packing my purchase in beautiful (peacock coloured) tissue paper with a cheerful "thank you" sticker. A lovely touch.

Quick Order process…
Ordered ring relief and the Company shipped the next day. Shipped by USPS First Class package and took 8 days from RI to PA. Just started using the product, so I have no review for the intended use.
