I order 3 packs of the Shaka sweets it was easy to do in the web side.. my order arrived pretty fast it was nice but when I open my box I was missing two packs.. I emailed pictures and contacted the store right away.. the manager was nice.. I just got and email confirmation that the rest of my order is being shipped.

Relief buddies have good products but horrible prices. The cheapest cartridge is almost double the price it would be anywhere else

Store doesn't appear to prioritize professionalism. Store seems disheveled and unkempt. The employee working the register doesn't wear shoes. Store seems like a place to hang out for teens. Not a professional business.

Phillip I appreciate your feedback and your continued business since 2022. Right now that store you visited in Emigsville PA is in the process of moving to a new location in York PA so boxes and everything probably does look like a hot mess right now. I will address with my staff the no shoes complaint. Teenagers are not allowed in our store as everyone must be 21 or older unless accompanied by an adult or guardian. We have strict adult 21 an older policy. As a long time customer I value your feedback and hope you choose to continue being one of our valued customers during this transition we are going through this month to much more upgraded facility.

Recovering from knee replacement surgery and thought it would help me sleep. Have not noticed an impact in any way.

Sorry to hear this Richard. Could you send us an email at [email protected] with what products you’ve tried and I can see if there is something else I’d recommend you try. I definitely want to get you some pain relief from that knee surgery.

This has a chemical taste and very low effect waste of money.
