I Lost more than 16k Rs to get bitcoin. I got nothing

scammers. Team responds well before payment. After payment neither team responds nor money received. I have been trying to contact customer service for 4 days.

Exchange: 190CE15E36C776BF79CD I have made a order of 8000 for BCH. They have shared a upi id to pay. I have made payment. After there was no response from Support for 21days. When I was finally able to connect, they asked to transfer 10k more and then I will get 18k worth BCH or none. Reply to Redpay: I have shared the order number I have the proof of everything. Your Company is a Scam. Complete the order or refund my money.

I haven't order any exchange here but I would like to give 1 star for this website because this website new for me. So I want to try using this website but the minimum order rate is 8000 INR which is very high risk to make an order we can't just trust some random exchanger easily so if in the future if you guys lowered the order rate then I would love to try this website. Hope you understand.

This company is a scam 100%. After I sent the money to them . The lady started warning me if I send them any messages they will cancel my order and I won’t receive my bitcoin from PayPal. I waited for more hours when I contacted them they started insulting me and they ask me not to use their site again. I have screenshot of the live chat all. I have save it and will send it to everyone website if I don’t receive my money back.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!... They were operate genuinely before. Not anymore ! ANOTHER INDIAN SCAM. I lost both my neteller and skrill accounts because of these people. They owe me $120. Any one can see the tracking details. Few days ago they were offline and I was worried. But they came online again. I do not recommend this for emergency cases because they cannot complete orders in time some times. And it's really hard to find someone in the chat. But I really RECOMMENDED these guys for patient customers. Hope they can make payment faster than now and expand customer service in the future... All the best...

As they say they will transfer your payment in 4 to 5 business days and respond timely, that all wrong I would suggest people to stay away from they as they are not responding to my chat and emails its almost 10th day.
