Mobility Test a Good Start
Mobility Test was humbling, gave me targets to start regaining mobility, and easy to follow targeted videos. That was with the 14 day trial. Now the work really begins. Go fluid motion! Go!

These guys really know their stuff. The vast content is almost overwhelming. Workouts have cute names, like CrossFit, so they aren’t really descriptive which I need. I wish there was a 8–10 week workout for first-timers. I need help head to toe and would prefer to just be told what to do!

I enjoy the content. I was pulled into the program by the daily emails the first week of the trial. Once the trial is over, the daily workout emails stop. The app has a lot of great content. I find I spend too much time looking around and run out of workout time. Bring back the daily workout email.

All the information and videos available in TRS are great.

Great content! Top books! Incredible knowledge! All condensed and accessible in one app. The video coaching sessions are superbly instructed and easy to understand. 1 star deduction because I sometimes have minor difficulties with using the app, videos don't load properly or connection problems. However, I have the feeling that they are constantly working on this and that the problems have been greatly reduced recently. I use the app regularly and have been able to reduce personal problems and now use it as a prevention. highly recommended!

The trial period was hard to get into at first and figure out how to get the best out of the app but once I did I really felt the value. I feel like after the test a programme could be suggested to follow so you have some sort of framework to follow especially for novices who have very limited end range to begin. A search feature on the app would be great. For example I need to find hip spin up for the squat challenge a quick search would help massively but it’s a bit more laborious. I bought the programme/app for its content as it is quality and I feel in benefitting but the user interface isn’t as good as other equivalent apps etc.

I have followed this program for a long time under different name changes and the advice, routines, and exercises are top notch. More comprehensive than you would get from a PT. The original focus was on younger athletes, especially as the CrossFit boom was peaking and led to a host of injuries that people wanted to fix and rehabilitate. I'm 65 and there is some useful information on the site but I wish they would expand their offerings to include more fine grained assessments that could have a lower barrier to entry for my age group, since even some of the basic assessments I can't pass after -- for a veteran's example > 1000 parachute jumps -- 2 knee replacements decades later. I'm sure the team has the knowledge and could aquire it, seeing asthe market for this kind of help and training for 50+ is quite large. I think this will a business opportunity missed since the demographics of the USA and developed world in general have age medians older and older every year- people are living longer, and are more afflicted by past karmic dues that have come to term, as well as the simple brutal reality of aging. For my age group mobility itself is a key to longevity and even brain health. As the First Noble Truth insures us, every user of the platform will sooner or later need different assessments, and programs to improve their well being. Modern medicine helps us live longer, but has less to say about how to live well, or even better as we - homo sapeins sapiens- age. May no sentient being live for years senile and confined to a wheelchair -- an aspiration of boddhicitta.
