I can’t log in. My subscription doesn’t appear valid although I paid for the month.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Blamed USPS for an order that obviously was not shipped as the label was created but never scanned by USPS even though the person responding to my complaint said she dropped it off herself and witnessed it getting scanned. She then told me this is a regular problem experienced with the shipments they send through USPS. If you place an order, monitor it carefully. I asked for an immediate refund, which was granted, but still have doubts as to how reputable this company is based on its lack of concern in what I was told is a regular problem with ensuring customers are receiving the orders they are paying for.

Why do I received 30 of these review requests?

You’re getting one star for the simple reason that when my subscription renewed I got 15 emails saying thanks for the purchase and today I got 15 emails asking for a review. So here. One star. Field test your system.

Didn't want to get this membership... got the 2week trial 2 years ago for the old app, got sent emails to my same email address recently saying to do the free trial... thought because it was a new version of the app that must be why I get the two week trial again....chose the yearly option because I thought if I liked it that's what I would want and I could cancel before the 2 weeks if I didn't like the new version of app (there's no other way to see whats in the app) didn't like it after a week went to cancel but couldn't they already charged my credit card. They said they were happy for me to get my money back through Google. Google wouldn't give me money back. Discussed with the team and yes it was my fault for not reading the small print properly but find it all really slimey. Just disappointed, I have brought pretty much every Starrett book and mobility gear. As discussed with the team I'll try and use this app since I had to pay for it (havent gone on in last 2 weeks don't know why they emailed me for a review...) And will never by a ready state or Starrett product again.

Only bought something from you as a gift for someone else. And I would never recommend your service and/or products. I hate that you forced me to make an account for a one time purchase and I would rather get hit by a truck then use your products. Have a nice day.

İf you have read the book supple leopard avoid the app everything of value is already in the book. App is difficult to use and offers nothing new compared to the book of real use. Also I've had to cancel my subscription twice as although the website said I had canceled it did not register with the readystate team. When I then contacted them (after they took two months subscription) their customer service was poor, inconsiderate and no refund was offered. Avoid! Buy the book skip the app. İt's very much just a money making subscription scheme save yourself money and headache and just get the book.
