Cancelling trial didn't work, unfriendly support
Noticed a charge on my credit card after I'd cancelled during the trial. Tried to login and it didn't work, requested a password reset and it didn't work so I assumed I'd actually cancelled. Charged again next month and when I contacted support told the subscription was still active and I needed to login to fix it myself. Tried and again login and password reset didn't work so I contacted them again and was told I'd actually logged in twice(I hadn't they screenshot sent showed I had accessed the password reset page). They refunded the last of 5 unexpected charges I found but the support reps responses felt snarky, unfriendly and given they were wrong were extra annoying. I've previously purchased other stuff from Kelly but this will be my last. If you cancel make sure to reach out to support immediately after to make sure it actually cancelled because it appears their software doesn't work right. Added after receiving a reply: In regards to your screenshots try this. Go to the login page and enter a bad password, then click to reset your password and enter a request and go check the logs, they will match mine exactly. Or even just ask yourself why there is no page between login and My Accounts. Surely your system doesn't log people in straight to the my account section. I have tried to login and it failed, I have tried to reset my password and it failed. Assuming the account was deleted is logically at this point. I haven't logged in and your implying I have and am just lying about it is bewildering. Not knowing how your system works is no excuse for accusing customers of lying.

Hi, Shawn This is Dave, the person with whom you interacted on support. Apologies for the confusion but that's not quite right. The screenshots I forwarded showed you on your "my account" page which you could not have accessed unless you were logged in. In fact, if you were not logged in, the activity wouldn't have been logged at all. I am 100% certain that you were logged into the account . I am 100% certain that you hadn't cancelled your subscription. Also, contrary to our refund policy, I did refund your most recent transaction. Regardless, apologies again for your experience.
