I like the layout of the store but...
I like the layout of the store & the products. I placed my order on 6/1 & apparently it's only just now shipped on 6/5. Edit: My order arrived much faster than expected. TRS upgraded the shipping to 2-day priority to make up for the inventory delays resulting from COVID-19. Very good. Thank you!
Response from The Ready StateJun 8, 2020
Hi Clay, I'm really sorry about the long processing time for your order. Unfortunately, as the banner at the top of the store reads, "Due to the circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 virus, Gear shipments from our online store may be delayed for up to two weeks or longer". Since the start of the pandemic, we have had to move the shipping department into our home garage and there is much less space to store the tools. In addition, the manufacturers of our tools are out of state and out of the country. The shipping time for receiving our tools has been quite unreliable - sometimes they arrive in a few days, sometimes it may take a few weeks. With that said, instead of shipping your package ground as you requested, I shipped it priority mail to try to make up some of the lag time. Thanks so much for your understanding and patience. We are doing the best we can under the circumstances. All the best, Margaret
