The company falsifies their info
The site states the product is made in the USA, 3 to 7 days for shipping, 60 day moneyback guaranteed. All of this being false. The product comes from China, shipping will take a few weeks to receive and they only give a 30 day money back. I paid for the faster shipping process and insurance, but somehow being charged for a monthly subscription which I did not purchase nor authorize. Their customer service is horrible.

No difference
The cream/ointment did nothing for my ankle pain. It was neither hot nor cold so I’m not seeing how this ingredient can help. Would not purchase again.

Don’t waste your money
After seeing multiple ads for the product, I decided to order one item to try it out. I said “no” to all the ads-one suggested, so imagine my surprise when I see two PayPal charges instead of one. I immediately contacted the company and requested they cancel the second order. The response was your order has already been packaged and shipped. This was quite literally 5 minutes after the order. Furthermore, I was told I could always return for a refund. By the way, balm is junk. Not worth the price. I didn’t even attempt to return the unused items.

Seems like a Scam
The website put an order through before allowing to review the order with the shipping. They had tacked on another $10 to the order other than what they previously quoted. I asked to cancel it immediately and they said it had already shipped! This was on Feb 1, 2026 and it is now Feb 19th and nothing. No tracking, no product, and they told me I could not cancel this order despite numerous emails I sent. This seems like a big scam. Buyer Beware!
