This company is a SCAM company. You put what you want in the basket and they add items in and bill your card multiple times. They are somehow also bypassing PayPal summary screen so you dont see a breakdown of what your buying before clicking pay. I wanted two tins of balm and they added in to my basket 10 more items and hit my card for over $180! I reported them to PayPal and got some back but not all! PayPal are also to blame as this thing shouldnt be happening using their secure pay platform. Avoid therawolf.com they send the products you didnt order and are no less than scam artists!

I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED THIS PRODUCT! I EMAILED ONCE AND WAS TOLD IT WAS ON ITS WAY! I AM SO DISGUSTED THAT YOU KEEP ASKING ME TO REVIEW SOMETHING I DON’T HAVE! I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER AND PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING ELSE!

Ich wollte auch nur das Produkt ausprobieren um meine neuropathie zu lindern. Das es bei mir brennt wie Hölle wollte ich von meinem Rückgaberecht Gebrauch machen. Seit einer Woche bekomme ich keine Antwort mehr. Ich habe auch gerade erfahren das ich ein Abo abgeschlossen habe welches ich jetzt hoffentlich noch stoppen konnte. Also Hände weg von dieser Firma.

Fake tracking number* given, no item received. Called their "customer service" number, no answer. (*Evidently a common scam strategy!) Yay me, I used a CC; charge dispute will be handled by the CC company.

The site was terrible and would not accept payments. Once it finally did, you have to go through too many prompts. Then it submits your order without giving you the chance to review it before it is submitted, which led to too many things being ordered. I contacted them immediately, but was unable to cancel, since it took them so long to look into it that it was already being delivered. Then when the order came, it was incorrect. I have asked for them to correct the payments since it was incorrect. I am still waiting 9 days later for a refund. I am not impressed by the site, the product, or the service. Waste of good money.

Sent a Chinese product. Said they have run out of their product and do this regularly. Amazon sell it for £5 a tin, rather less than the £20 a tin I paid! Said it was identical but question is do they really manufacture the product they advertise or is it a rip off? Offered a 50% refund and keep what they sent! I have asked for return address to get a 100% refund but to date no response. Think this could be a scam so BUYER BEWARE

TheraWolf Relief Balm purchased from their website. Paid via (their listed) paypal. I'd filled in my details including shipping address. TheraWolf allowed Paypal to change the address. So going to the wrong address. I'd notified TheraWolf to redirect (before shipping notice came through). They said they could do nothing. I asked for one to be sent to the right address. Unfortunately it seems they have AI or some other system that just says stuff like "thanks for reaching out", and "we understand your frustration" them make suggestions like contact the shipper. the shipping notice came from TheraWolf without the name or ability to cancel or redirect. Once again contacted TheraWolf and got the same useless platitudes. No refund, no "Relief Balm" no refund. The Emails I got back twice said they would get back to me, but never did. A week has passed... 100% unacceptable. AVOID!!!

I have had nothing but grief from this company! The order process is so messed up, I inadvertently doubled my order, then after all the upselling they force you through, there was no option to cancel before they processed the order. It takes a lot of searching to find how to cancel the order...which sends you to an email address that doesn't accept emails...they kept bouncing back from the server. It tells you that you have 12 hours to cancel, then ships within 2 hours and they say they can't help you as it has already shipped. So, I've had to wait for the product to arrive, and when I asked how to return it, I've gotten nothing but various offers to give me partial refund but I can keep the product. So far I'm up to 6 or 7 offers like this. I'm a senior on a very fixed income, I thought i could afford the original purchase, then it got doubled, then they charged in US dollars, when what they showed was in CAN dollars, and I can't afford this kind of crap from a very...increasingly shady company. Now they want me to pay for shipping it back to them...not what it says on the website. I have had it with them which is why I'm posting this review. Hopefully it will help someone else, and they can find pain relief from a better company.
