Misleading pricing

I am not yet sure if it works or not! I see a lot of users complain about how thick it is! The easy way to obtain the amount you want, is to, instead of using your fingers, use something like an old piece of a credit card, spatula or old frozen lolly stick. It is the real easy to scrape off the amount you want! I hope that this tip helps other users!

Too many steps just to order

You had to go thru several items to get to the end if the purchase. Just ket me buy what I need

To much after saling trying to get me to buy more. Almost click off. You're presser saling, wrong way to make a good reputation

I bought Relief Balm from the company and it works well for me. I have arthritis pain in the ball joint of my right thumb and the balm alleviates this BUT I will not buy again from this company because, after I had purchased from them they began aggressive marketing through constant emails. Sometimes twice a day! The only way I could stop this was to UNSUBSCRIBE TWICE! Any company that targets it's consumers in such a way, to me, is a bit suspicious. I know they want to sell their product but this is not the way to do it. I worked in marketing all my life so I really do know what I'm talking about.

It would have been a 5 star but I absolutely hate the multiple offers, the 'up sales' and this site had approximately 6-7 product offers before the items were purchased.
