Greetings, I have been recommending TRFW to clients, friends and acquaintances for years. At this point I must also warn them to not expect to get things to quickly. You guys have about the same time between the order and the customer receiving the product as nuts.c. [External reference] is pretty much setting the bar with customer service, arrival time as well as the ease of using their website. Not to mention they give free shipping on orders over $49. The order I received from you had an excessive amount of packaging. The saddest part of the whole thing is the lack of value of the "Peace Sticks" Seriously? Two short uneven sticks with a little bit of paint scratched off is hardly making me peaceful. It is not peaceful to take advantage of others by selling them trash you don't want. The most interesting thing about them is the game that you made up to play them with and nothing about the game comes with them. I bought them as a gift for Grandchildren. Should they have to look it up on your website just to play the game??!! That is ridiculous! I really need to figure out how to return them. I feel totally ripped off on that one. So, yea. I love you guys and will continue to recommend you but your slow, your shipping is high and I'm not sure what to make of the "Peace stick" rip off thing yet. Not to happy this time. Sincerely, CLC

the first order was great got everything in perfect order and in a pretty good time. i tried to order again and it won't take my order I tried several times. I called 2 times to tell them I was having trouble and left a message what i wanted to order and have not been called back very disappointed

this review is about my experience placing an order.While the rep was respectable,the ordering process needs major improvement. All agents are busy every time I call. Every time. There needs to be improvement in this area if the Raw Food World continues to call itself a good company to deal with.

EVERYDAY THERE IS AT LEAST ONE "NEWSLETTER" FROM YOU. MOST OF THE TIME ITS THE SAME AS PREVIOUS. I DO NOT "LISTEN" TO YOUR LIVE TALK PROGRAM. WHY DO YOU KEEP SENDING NOTIFICATIONS TO ME (REPEATEDLY ON THE SAME DAY). I DID NOT SIGN UP I,VE COME TO BELIEVE THAT "MONEY" IS MORE OF AN OBJECTIVE TO YOU THEN HEALTH. I only bought the one item a zapper , I was surprised to have recieved It in a envelope being an electronic device

Love Angela and Matt and what they are doing for healthy living ! My package took a little long to get to me and I was shipped a wrong item :(. Being that I am in the same state as the distribution center I thought I would get it sooner. Love the products !

The amount of time it takes to process an order is less than satisfactory. In total, it takes approximately 7-8 days to receive my order, including on products that say "order now, we'll ship tomorrow".
