The price is good, not super fast but not bad either, however I lost money with Adya Clarity once and I had bought a Gallon of coconut oil and after tasting it found it unpleasing after talking to customer service again I was told so sorry but no return because it was after 90days or something, I had waited for it to go on sale because of the cost and still had coconut oil I was using and I never thought to open it and taste it. So as far as customer service goes I would only give 2 stars.

I had a lot of challenges placing the 2 most recent orders. It was problems with the cart. I couldn't remove items. As a matter of fact I had to ask a frowns to plaw my last order because my cart was still not cleared. I ended up having to pay somewhere around $40 in shipping so I could get the merchandise overnighted and this revive it in time. Had I no problems with the cart than I would not have had to pay so much for shipping. So that's a bummer. Is imagine I still can't place an rose due to items stuck in my cart. Hopefully you guys will fix this. Being that I just spent probably around $1000 last month, I don't think I'll be buying anything more real soon. The lady that resolved my first order was very nice and professional and the products were as expected.

When you call no one ever answers because "high volume" calls. Call is returned day after. When someone calls you back, and then you try to return the call, you can't get thru. VERY FRUSTRATING! If business is growing very fast, then extra help should be placed on phones to service customers. Thanks.

The whole shopping is not pleasant. I subscribe the monthly VIP in order to get the extra 13% off. I got the discount code as indicated in the website and applied it to my order. But there is no discount in my receipt. It ends up that the discount code in the website is not up to date and i was informed that the discount will be credited to my credit card later. I live in Hong Kong but my sister was traveling in U.S. by the time that i ordered the product, so i would like the products to be shipped at her U.S. home. Unfortunately, there is a sudden change of her schedule that she has to come back to Hong Kong earlier than expected so i urgently requested to on hold my courier until i provide with my new shipping address. Your staff confirmed that the shipment was not done and it is possibe to update the new address. But then all of sudden, i was told that my courier was in fact partially sent to my old shipping address. The disaster did not end. I requested again the remaining order to be sent to my new shipping address as my sister has left the states back to Hong Kong. To ensure the courier to be sent correctly, i updated my new shipping address in my account too. BUT, i was told later that my remaining order was in fact shipped to my old shipping adress!!!!! Disappointed!!!! Angry!!!!! Now i end up paying more than five hundred bucks with nothing on hand, not to say the time i spent in waiting and following up the disaster. I wish something can be done to help me out.

the 100% pure yacon syrup i bought from raw foods didn't taste as good as my usual brand and was thinner. i won't be buying it again.

My seal on my jar had been broken and it had leaked all over the bag and contents that it was sent in. I called and left a message asking what I needed to do to get it replaced, but office was closed.

No one answers the phone and respond to messages. The order, which was placed two weeks ago, has not arrived yet.
