I have ordered several times before and I have always been satisfied with the service and quality.

The small problem I had was fixed within hours. Great customer service! I do feel shipping is a little high and the packaging wasteful, especially for what I ordered. But I'm guessing that is their shipping process to process orders quickly.

I am grateful that you carry quality products at fair prices. My only negative is you sent a free gift, a pair of weird sunglasses with no explanation. What the heck are they used for? Linda

It was easy to place an order and received immediate email confirmation. Package arrived in good shaped with no damage and with nice assortment of samples. I ordered between Christmas and New Years so delivery was a little slower than normal, but arrived in good time.

I have experienced the standard ups and downs over ordering as RFW has grown over the years. I've even made my personal mistakes of ordering too much just because of the discount. Overall, I have received some good deals and learned of new products. I do have to say though there have been a couple great customer service reps that I have appreciated.

I love the products that I purchase but shipping is very slow and most of the time there is something wrong with my shipment. Customer service is wonderful but I shouldn't have to call every time I get an order because something is missing.

Large and varied selection. Website navigation and shopping basket could be friendlier but pretty good as it is. The products are good and as described. Good Packaging but order processing is slow.
