At first I was a bit disappointed in the Customer Service from Matt and Angela Stokes regarding 'consumption directions on the product' but when I complained to them, they responded in a timely manner and apologized for the delay, as some research had to be done on the product and it's use. This problem could be eliminated by displaying the product 'directions and use' in a prominent manner or have a small brochure with directions, included with the product. I appreciated that they were willing to make 'amends' and will continue to use this Company for future top quality product.

Have not received product as yet because it on back order ....but account was already charged and money taken but no product....which I think is crazy...

Salutations. Last month I sent out 2 emails to customer care with a few phone calls leaving voice messages and never received any feedback. One email was on the Chlorella tablets and the other on an appliance I purchased from The Raw Food World. Recently, over a week ago, I called and to a subtle surprise, someone by the name of Grace answered. I had a question about the cacao paste I ordered a little bit ago. She didn't know the answer to the question and asked for my number to call back when she knew more about the product. I never received that call. I didn't call.back to inquire on the paste. So, I don't know what's' wrong. Normally I get a reply. Sincerely, Rob Szaro

Something must be wrong in your warehouse to take 10 days to fill an order. OK, maybe you were out of stock, but if so, your website should reflect that.

I placed an order on June 5th for a bottle of Yacon syrup. As of June 10th had not received. Wrote company on June 11th and they said they would refund the shipping of $8.85; nothing received so far. I checked with the postal service and it's saying my shipment is in-transit but delayed -- they are placing a trace on it. I'm very upset and feel like I'm getting the run around and either want a full refund of $19.95 or my product.

Not sure if the recent reviews are fake. The company hasn't shipped my order placed on the 20th May, I emailed them twice and no reply. Beware before ordering.

I hope to have an excellent review, but not only have I not yet received my order; I have not even received the email saying that my order has processed and is being shipped. I placed this order 8 days ago.

I received a package in the mail that admitted it did not send an item. It actually did not send TWO items. I still haven't gotten a refund as it says online. I called customer service twice and left a message. Still nothing. I would just like for them to send both items to me. They also sent me an item I did not order. Not as a gift, but as a mistake! It was infuriating.
