I ordered the new Reishi Spore Triterpene crystals. To date I havn't received the product but look forward to it arriving. The product is taking longer than I expected due to what they called a backlog of high orders.

Great service and people, but the long wait between ordering and TRFW shipping products ordered is crazy. No other company has a wait time like this.

I don not think I have done enough shopping to give an opinion based on having enough experience to qualify an answer.

I have been recieving your e-mails for several months and have tryed to take time to review as much as possible . It seems the presentations are a little to lengthy and I have rarley completed them, after I have recieved the general idea of what the product is I move on. I am wairtting for my order to make final judgement on quality . Thank You

If I have 1 thing to complain about it's the essenes breads. Couple time they had mold on them...But other than that products are the best

I was pleased to received the packaged after 2 days of placing my order. No need to worry about the quality of the products because are truly the best. My only suggestion is to provide free shipping on orders over $50. I was disappointed to have to paid over $10 on shipping for an order that was an envelope size!

I don't know whether it's because I'm so excited to get the products that it seems to take forever for them to arrive but I think almost 15 days is maybe a little too long. For example I placed an order on the 18th of April and delivery, according to the tracking info, isn't going to happen until the 30th. Yikes!

Actually my latest order seemed to come a day or two slower than usual, but still a very good turn around
