I've had a couple of experiences with super slow delivery ~ HOWEVER, I can so live with it as the quality of the product is the best out there and your specials are really, really nice.

I'll keep purchasing from you guys regardless but why is there a whole week wait between the time the order is "approved for shipping" to the time the order is actually shipped? I order from other sites and the shipment goes out the following day... that's my only complaint so far with you guys. Waiting too long

Overall almost the perfect website to go to for raw food products and supplements. Excellent monthly at cost discounts prices for top of the line products. You can even use a coupon code every time. Big area for improvement would be improving time it takes when placing orders through the phone. The wait can take up to a hour at times. The shipping rates depending on weight of products should be more accurate on the website. A live chat to answer questions would be great. Otherwise, perfect customer service.

There os no better website, in my opinion, for getting top quality raw products, however, as a paying member of the program, I feel that the access and awkwardness of the website is frustrating and deters me from placing orders. This month, for instance, a member could get either a 13% discount or a 14.5% discount but not both...so why offer either? Why not set up the site to show member pricing right next to the full price, which would encourage non-members to join the program! I really like the "at cost" products because, with my discount, there is enough wiggle room for me to use these items for retail in my raw food cafe. Your products are always well received and I benefit by buying 3 of one item by getting a lower price but still getting new things to try myself. PS. I love your Moringa Powder and use it daily. I have purchased many of your items and would love to shop more often - but the items are really special items that I can't order regularly because I have other items that I need to order for the cafe and can't spare the extra money. I purchase as often as is possible. Thanks for a great product line. If you want to see what I mean about setting up a members pricing format, I use a website to order art supplies called ASWExpress.com They have a $79 membership fee and you can peruse their site and see how much you would save if you were a member. I signed up as a member two months ago and still haven't ordered a thing - just because the site has such a good discount for members. I am sure the same would happen on your site.

I've purchased several products and find that the quality is high. Many things are over priced and I don't like the idea that I need to join to receive the higher percentage discount. Several of the products i'm unfamiliar with I wish they had better descriptions of and how to use the foods/products. When shopping if you take your time to read about the products the shopping cart will empty itself out cause you've taken to long. It's really a pain and I have ordered else ware at times for that very reason. Over all the products are very good just need some fine tuning on the site and getting products out faster.
