I think the Raw Food World is a great company offering good products and good prices

Wife & I have been using for over a year and it does what it is suppose to. I use the Orange & wife uses the Raspberry Lemon. Tried that Cherry sample and I think I will get that next time. Just like everything else, it costs too much. The free shipping helps.

On May 1, I ordered a bunch of foods for my 92-year-old mother for Mothers' Day. There was a problem with the shipping address, but that was corrected the following day. The customer service was excellent, but I would have liked for the address correction to be fixed the same day as the order placement. I tried calling several times but never could get through. Is there only one person who answers the phone? In any event, it took another couple of days or so to ship the package which was not delivered to my mother until May 13. I expected that an order I placed on 5/1 would have arrived by the 9th, the 10th or even the 12th, but not the 13th.

I enjoy seeing the new products and their pricing is great, especially using the discounts and monthly specials. Only issue I have is that the shipping is WAY too much -- especially since I live in CA and their warehouse is here also so they should restructure that. Everything else is great!

While I was charged right away and told I would be getting my package 4 to 6 business days. It was a few days before I got the shipping and tracking infomation while I was like kid waiting for my package I had to wait longer. But I did finally got it and the product was and is awsome.

Well, I did not get the package even so far yet. It was shipped only 5 days after I ordered which is a pretty long delay. For the rest I cannot tell yet since the package did not arrive yet.

I enjoyed that Matt and Angela sent out free samples and a letter with the purchase also. I just got the package yesterday and tried the maca tastes good.
