I've been ordering form The Raw Food World for a while now, but as of late the orders have been coming later and later. I love the discounts and the savings, but when I order I do expect orders to be processed within a day or two UNLESS I order something that is known to be back ordered. Not told it is on back order after I order and have waited a number of days to receive. Latest should have been in my hands almost a week ago, e-mailed, received quick response that stated, we will work on your order asap! What?!? If the delay in shipping was rectified it would be a easy 4-5 start experience each and every time. Thank you

I have been using RawFood for years. And yet there has not been time where my order was complete. There is always something on back order or one of the nut bags were rancid. Have to say customer service is excellent. They respond right away and take care of the issue either refunding or replacing damaged product

If you read Conrad Hilton's autobiography .inspiring..starting a hotel business in the depression on the middle of the dust bowl.Oaklahoma no less .he states no great accomplishment is achieved with out help...a bell boy lent him food money for example..Would not Matt be better self served by choosing his strength and goal and put a star in distribution and focus on what he one of the few in the world is gifted to do..vision ..in my option and stop the long exhausting list of health maybe's ..the super kits say it best basically then the super extras..and get us all on continuity..built everyone wise enough to hear and recommend him to get their kit protocol primal..another top nutritionist ,a lady states the only way vegan way succeeds is by preparation or something occurs to pull one off and whose voice and ever growing insight is better anywhere in the world except our very own Matt!! This is a really great company whose philosophy I admire and whose mission I believe in. I trust their products immensely as well which is why I take the trouble and incur the considerable shipping charges all the way to Singapore. However I am not entirely convinced of the logistics of their operations. Their orders, shipping and despatch department seems to be badly organised and run. The orders take a very long time to be despatched and the shipping times are awful... Often products are not available even though the online system will accept the order. I order from several companies based in the US and Raw Food World has the highest (by a very wide margin) shipping charges and the worst handling of orders and shipping times. The picture does not add up.... I have stuck with them because I really believe in the intrinsic philosophy of the company and I admire what Matt and Angela stand for. But you cannot live in Ecuador and have your entire organisation run out off the US and remain unaware of what your people are doing there. That is unfair on your loyal customers. I know Matt does not like to travel much and leave the pristine setting of Ecuador and I do understand that. I'd love to be able to do that too. However, if you are running a company which is the basis of your livelihood and which is also what your consumers are depending upon for critical products to support their lifestyle, then you have to marry your responsibility on that front with your desire to live the kind of lifestyle you love best. I know Matt is now spending time in the US and has realised that the warehouse was not being run well, but I'm not sure what it will be like once he returns to Ecuador. In summary, a really great company with an inspiring ethos, but one which is operationally wanting in the logistics area. If they are able to correct that, there will be no looking back. I don't expect them to run with Amazon or iherb like efficiency, because that often dehumanises the whole culture, but I do expect them to do much better.

I love the products and special offers, however the customer service could have been better. They were not able to solve my issue and did not offer me a discount or coupon. I will probably still order again with hopes they can improve.

Nice friendly web presence and customer service. However, didn't like some of the raw foods I purchased.

I recieved my product ,but I never got the free gift you guys were promoting with all orders for this time period,the pinhole glasses,magnesium oil card etc...I was dissapointed to not get the free gift u promised.

I really like supporting you as you and I have similar politics and intention. However, I was really disappointed in the Benefits program. I was told by your literature that you would give me 30% off on products like Maca Powder but there was no way I could access that online and I did call once and the support staff gave me the discount but without much clarity and no idea of what I should do the next time I wanted to order. It became so hard to buy and get the benefits of the benefit program I unsubscribed. I will still buy from you and I would rather you stand by your word of your advertising than send me all the gifts you send with the orders. The last order I put in the comment section that I was still a member of the benefits program and wanted the 30% discount and that seemed to have been ignored.
