The website says "order now, we'll ship tomorrow". I usually don't get too wound up about shipping times but I live in the desert and wanted to be sure my order did not remain in the hot mailbox to long in the summer heat. I received an order confirmation stating I would receive a shipping notification but no notification came. I emailed them about the delay and received a reply apologizing and stating they were "busy". My order was then shipped on day 6. If they don't ship the next day, as indicated on the site, they need to remove that from the site or if they usually do ship next day but are delayed they should notify the customer of the delay. Other than this issue I am happy with my order and quality of the products and will order again.

Most of the products are terrific, and the service is good. The shipping charges however, are ridiculously high. I'd laugh, if it wasn't so aggravating. The shipping charges, and with those "at cost specials", are about as much as the products themselves. This is what holds me back every time from ordering everything I want. There are other sites with similar and equally good products that don't gouge with the shipping, and even wave them for good customers.

I've been buying from The Raw Food World for about five years. They are doing a great job filling my orders and delivering on time. Their web site is user friendly and easy to navigate to the items I want to purchase. They also have discounts almost anytime.

I wish there was more testing to their products before selling them like the Health Ranger does in Natural News which is who I go to first to see if he has the products. Raw Food World is helpful but again, I'm leery about their products. The packaging is just barely acceptable. It's like always thrown in a FEDEX envelope pack or whatever ... but the shipments do arrive quickly and that's a good thing. Love their sharing of more recipes; their energy ... but Matt and Angela please pull back all that hair when making food!!! #1 requirement in Ann Wigmore's Puerto Rico kitchen!! HA! Wishing all to follow integrity because if not, it'll bite you in your buns.

I'll rate it perfect after i've tried enough stuff to know, but we're off to a great start! we've eaten: dehydrated pineapple rings - yummmm. lydia's savory trail mix - chomp chomp thai pineapple trail mix - got a little pep in this mix and the wild berry sprouted trail mix - can taste the peppers it's all been tasty. still need to try the dehydrated bananas. we'd order again and try some other stuff too. =)

I SAW THIS DIETARY SUPPLEMENT ON THE DR. OZ SHOW AND HAD TO TRY IT. I WANTED SOMETHING REAL AND ORGANIC AND NOT FULL OF OTHER THINGS. I DID MY RESEARCH AND FOUND WHAT I WANTED ON THE RAW FOOD WORLD WEBSITE. THE PRODUCT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS EXPECTING AND IT HAS HELPED ME IN SOME WAYS. i NEEDED TO LOSE WEIGHT AND I ALSO NEEDED HELP WITH RELIEVING CONSTIPATION. IT HAS HELPED ME MORE WITH THE LAST ISSUE...I DO FEEL BETTER. YOU CAN USE THE PRODUCT IN MANY WAYS.. I JUST TAKE IT STRAIGHT FROM THE JAR AND I'M ON MY WAY.
