Not only the product was cheaper from them (I didn't know about them until I bought the other one) but also, when I received it I felt as if a nice business family was taking care of me. I got the product but also a letter, written by hand by the owner, Matt Monarch, and then a few free samples to try and some brochures. Nowadays, technology make things faster but also puts more distance among people. This letter and the few samples are such great ideas to get closer to people! I generally don't mind paying more expensive for a better service and/or attention, so yes, I definitely will keep making business with these guys.
