They are not a typical store with a strict set of guidelines; they make real-time common sense decisions. Their products are fresh and tasty and if you take advantage of their 7.5% HONEYMOON discount it will ease the pain of expensive raw wholesome food products. Give them a try and make sure to get on their email list so you can take advantage of the "at cost specials" they have every month. You can save a bunch of money that way. Great company!

I purchased their new super food Reishi Spore Powder and received it in record time. The funny thing is that The Raw Food World apparently thought that the shipping was slower than their normal rate so I received a note apologizing AND a coupon for 5% off my next purchase. They also emailed me with the offer of an additional 5% off. On top of that, when I opened the Reishi Spore Powder the bottle was SO full to the brim that I had to be very careful when pulling back the seal. I have never had a product so chock full. My opinion is that this company really cares about their products and our buying experience.

After my first experience with The Raw Food World I am very pleased. I was looking for Yacon Syrup which is now all the range thanks to Dr. Oz or some such "expert". I have used Yacon for years and was surprised to see how much it is now being sold for. The word gouging comes to mind. The Raw Food World not only beat every other price I could find, they offered a further discount for a bulk purchase and their yacon is 100% certified organic. Tastes great too! I called them because I needed to make sure my order shipped and arrived before I left town and was well taken care of. The order arrived promptly and well packaged along with a handwritten note. The personal touch says it all. The only thing that would have improved my experience would be if the yacon had been bottled in glass rather than plastic. I try to avoid purchasing plastic as much as possible and would love to see the yacon being packaged in glass. I do understand it makes shipping more expensive with the higher weight and possibility of breakage, but I have had glass jars shipped before and would gladly pay the extra shipping. I have watched the Matt Monarch TV show . Read articles , ordered products and everything I have ordered has been exactly as described . I like going to this site because I trust that Matt would not knowingly deceive us and is genuinely concerned with helping me to attain better health. I love this company. The products are amazing, the service is exceptional. I realized I had placed an incorrect order once, immediately email rawfoodworld, and they immediately corrected it. I didn't have to place another order, etc. I have contacted the company probably 3-4 times in the last year, and they have immediately gotten back with me. I recommend them highly!
