I can't order as often as I like because of my budget. That being said, I order MORE often than I should, probably. Shipping is fast and items are always packed well.

I love the products offered at The Raw Food World, especially the Thai coconut sugar, which I haven't been able to find anywhere else. It's a favorite that I enjoy in my coffee. But because I live in Hawaii, the cost of shipping for any product from the mainland goes up; unfortunately, the same is true here. I had to cancel my order when I was advised there would be an additional $50 or so cost for shipping. I emailed right away, and even though it was a Sunday, I received a reply saying that the order will be canceled and I would receive a reimbursement. I appreciate the prompt customer service. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the cost of shipping issue.

I love the variety and quality of products that The Raw Food World offers. However, their packaging and shipping process is extremely slow compared to other raw food vendors.

So fat my experience with Raw Food World has been good. One thing different is that they don't offer free shipping if the order is over a certain dollar amount-something that entices me to purchase more as a consumer.
