Easy and awesome website! Excellent customer service and authentic quality products at a fair price. Funny, I was on the phone with my cell phone provider and the young woman helping me asked me what I did for a living. I let her know I was a Holistic Health Counselor and Holistic Personal Chef. She got really excited and asked me what I knew about Hoodia Gordonii, I told her I knew there was a lot of junk on the market and the only place I trusted for anyone to buy 100% Hoodia Gordonil was The Raw Food World. She was so excited and grateful, she asked me about juicing, smoothies and other supplements, it felt good to be of service to my "cell phone lady"!

This was my first time ordering from The Raw Food World. I did read comments about shipping complaints and was dismayed, but most people post complaints rather than satisfactions. Because this was my first order, I placed a small order of only 3 items. Each item was wrapped individually and with care. I was emailed the tracking number and could track my package. The prices were less than on other sites, the expiration dates are at least a year out and the chocolate that I ordered arrived in perfect condition even though the California heat is awful. I also received some free samples. I will order again. The Raw Food World has some great choices that other sites just don't have. My experience was fantastic!

I didn't fully unpack my order when I received it, then 2 months later I noticed an item I ordered was damaged (spilled in the box). I called customer support and they immediately shipped me a replacement at no cost to me. That's the way service is suppose to be! I am a life-long customer because you took such great care of me! Everything is excellent! From my order to the delivery. It is the first time that I've ordereda product that I can actually feel it working throughout my entire body! I believe with a few more raw foods in my diet that I will lose the fat from my body and build the muscular structure that ive needed for so long!

This is my first order and I've only used the product for 1 day. The service was fast and so far the product seems to be working as advertised. If I am happy when the bottle(s) are empty, then I would probably order from you again. Fair enough?
