I have come to expect excellent customer service from The Raw Food World. That expectation is solidified every time I place a new order.

I'm a relative Raw Food newbie and TRFW makes it easy for me to supplement my fruits/veggies shopping with whole food options and nut butters that compliment my lifestyle! You must watch Matt's 27 minute vid and get his list of whole/real foods...this is a lifestyle and not a diet! TY RawFoodWorld!

If I have trouble with an order, I usually get a response within a 24 hr period from customer service. Raw Food World has also improved their shipping from Coast to Coast, getting deliveries within 3-4 days.
