I love The Raw Food World's At Cost Specials. They are different every month, with the occasional repeat, and they give me an opportunity to try new products I've never heard of before. Many of the products I've tried have become favorites I order again and again. The only problem I have with The Raw Food World is that on several occasions, I have not gotten what I ordered. It seems that the packers don't always double check before they mail out. That stopped once I started adding the comment, "please double check before mailing", but once I stopped writing that in my orders, the mistakes started happening again. This seems unprofessional to me. Customer service has always been reasonable when this happens, but it's a pain in the butt to have to mail them back stuff from their mistakes.

To be honest I just recently purchased a few items and a bottle of of essential oil. It was not a full bottle! I sent an email to let the know about it, because I had my heart set on getting it, and the previous bottle I purchased had helped me immensely, as small as I thought it was. I did not expect for them offer to replace the item. I have yet to receive it, but this made me feel much better. And I was grateful for seeing this rectified so quickly... However, I love and enjoy all the information I get in my emails. I believe the company is putting great effort into making very conscious product choices. They sell the best stuff they can get there hands on and make every effort to keep thing affordable. As we know making a conscious choices pertaining to our health can be expensive. Moorish9

Easy payment transaction, yet no shipment confirmation or notice of how or when order will be delivered.

Good company with some great specials. I can't figure out why they almost always take a week before shipping your order but other than that I've no complaints. I've certainly had good interactions when I needed to talk to someone, always very nice people. Matt can be overly enthusiastic-not usually a bad thing except with the Adya Clarity product. Really appreciated the refund though!

I have never had an issue with the products at raw food world but I live in the east coast and I wish the delivery was quicker.

I go to Raw Food World for quality products that have been researched and that I can trust to support my health. The discounts that are offered really save money. If there was one complaint, they are very slow in getting orders out the door. My last order took 8 days to leave Raw Food World. I have another order in there now that will be at least 8 days. When I make a decision to order a health food or supplement, how fast I can get it makes all the difference in whether or not I will even order it.

I amazes me that you go out of your way to make sure that the supplements and foods we buy from you are not "watered down" products. I appreciate that you take the time to research and test out your products before you sell to the public. I would like to see more of your supplements, foods and other herbs be offered in larger bulk amounts.
