Most of it is smooth but Aetna and…
Most of it is smooth but Aetna and occasionally Premera or other pmts aren’t showing up in the claims section. If I go out to Availity they are there but it’s time consuming. Also I would still love a way to delete an entire week of clients with one click on the schedule. But overall - I’ve been happy to have such a solid program.

Ease of use
I really like how easy it is to add a new client, add notes, and the availability of answers if I'm stuck on something.
