I ordered the TheraNatal Complete Prenatal Vitamin. I wish I was joking when I say the prenatal smells like dog food...I couldn't get the smell off of my hands or out of my mouth. I can't even chalk it up to morning sickness or smell sensitivity because my own boyfriend was appalled. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Unacceptable customer service—left without essential prenatal vitamins while pregnant!I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with Theralogix. I ordered my prenatal vitamins, but they chose to ship them through a unreliable courier (UniUni) that completely lost my package and ignored all my emails.When I contacted Theralogix customer support for help, they were entirely unhelpful. They refused to send an express replacement package, told me they "don't have express delivery," and informed me I just have to wait another 4 days without my daily prenatal nutrients. Leaving a pregnant customer without essential medical vitamins and offering zero solutions is completely unacceptable.If you are pregnant and need a reliable company that cares about your health, do not buy from Theralogix. Their customer service is terrible, and they will leave you stranded. I am disputing the charge with my bank.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Theralogix. I placed an order for a supplement recommended by my doctor that cost around $80. The package was marked as delivered, but I never received it. When I contacted Theralogix for help, their response was essentially that because I had not purchased optional shipping protection, they would not replace or refund the order. What frustrated me even more was that they told me to contact USPS, but they did not even provide the USPS tracking number or any useful delivery information. I had to find the USPS tracking number myself in order to investigate the missing package. I understand that companies have policies regarding lost or stolen packages, but in this case I was not reporting that a package had been stolen after delivery. I was trying to determine whether it had actually been delivered to the correct location in the first place. I expected at least some assistance in investigating an $80 order that I never received. Because of how little help I received, I no longer feel comfortable continuing my subscription. I do not trust that I would receive my next order, and I cannot afford to simply pay another $80 if another package goes missing. This has been a very frustrating experience, especially for a product I ordered based on my doctor's recommendation.

They did not send my supplement, and when I went on the website they said that they had "difficulty" processing payment. They never notified me, and when I contacted them, did not respond except usual chat bot standard replies. Update 08/27. They responded with a lie that they notified me of the issue. When I confronted them about the lie, they said it was an accident. When I requested to speed up delivery, they refused as well.

Absolute scam. DO NOTorder from the website. I didn't receive my prenatals and they said it shows online that I did so they can't do anythign about it. what an absolute scam.

Refuse shipping to Taiwan.

1/5 – Extremely disappointing customer service I am extremely disappointed with Theralogix’s customer service. I ordered prenatal vitamins directly from them, and although the carrier marked my package as “delivered to a parcel locker,” I never received it. My apartment complex uses Luxer One, and I received no access code, email, text, or notification for this package, and there is no record of it in my Luxer One account. What has been even more frustrating than the missing package is Theralogix’s response. I contacted them expecting some assistance, an investigation, a replacement, or at least some willingness to help. Instead, I was told that because I did not purchase shipping insurance, they would not refund or replace my order. I am currently pregnant, and these are my prenatal vitamins that I have been waiting to start taking. Having the package disappear was already stressful enough during pregnancy, but being told that there is essentially nothing they are willing to do has caused me even more unnecessary stress. I purchased directly from Theralogix because I trusted the company and expected good customer service, especially from a brand selling prenatal and healthcare products. I never imagined I would need to purchase additional shipping insurance just to have some protection if my order never actually reached me. I paid for a product I never received, and instead of helping me resolve the situation, I was basically told that the loss is mine.

SCAM ALERT!!! I purchased the single serve packets of CithraLith kidney health supplements. Multiple sealed packets were EMPTY! I’ve contacted the company 4 times without any resolution. Buyer BEWARE!
