I can't say enough good things about my coach Andy and the coaches Mark S and Mark H at my most recent TPM retreat. The inperson events have led to huge breakthroughs for me and I am now a much more joyful person who is showing up better in his relationship. The learning resources and ongoing support are incredible.

TPM has been helpful in strengthening many areas of my life…business, health, awareness…but most importantly to my relationship with my wife and others dear to me. Shout out to all of my coaches who’ve helped lead me in this journey! (Franco, Arthur, Mark & Mark)

TPM has allowed me to identify and face my fears. Bring them to the surface and Understand how they have impacted my life. It’s so helpful to have real men focused on growth that I can have deep conversation with and that will hold me accountable in my growth journey. Can’t say enough about how this can help you in ALL 5 pillars of your life.

Signed up for the powerful man January 2025 and now 9 months on I'm yet to join the brotherhood but the experience has been life-changing, my coach Niell with the assistance of Sofia and also The time I spent with Arthur has been truly life-changing. Both in home and business. Still a lot of work yet to be done but I know now where I wasn't showing up and it's become natural how to show up in life for my family. It scares me to think of where my life was going and how unhappy the second part of my life would have been without this realisation and guidance. I can't thank you guys enough for what you've done and also the men that you've introduced me to.

This is powerful to read, brother. The awareness and ownership you’ve stepped into are what true transformation looks like. Love hearing how you’re showing up differently at home and in business - it’s clear you’re leading from the front. We’ll make sure Niell, Sofia, and Arthur see your words - they’ll be honored. Grateful to have you in the brotherhood and proud of the path you’re on.

I spent a few years listening to the TPM podcast, it was so inspiring, but it wasn’t until I joined the program that I finally got the results I was looking for. After I went through the first course, my wife said she sees that whatever I am doing is making a difference in the way I show up. I made the decision to join the brotherhood and the growth I’ve experienced is huge. I am literally a different person from the man I was 6 months ago. My coach, Franco, has been most helpful, so much wisdom and depth, he has been able to see what I really need in each step and give me advice on how to make the necessary changes. Before this program I tried marriage counseling and each counselor we saw told us that we should get a divorce. This program gives hope and it gives the necessary tools to get any relationship out of the pit of despair. I highly recommend and wish I joined sooner. Fair warning, the journey of growth will require a lot of work and a fair amount of time. Well worth it!

Brother, this is incredible to read. From podcast listener to Brotherhood member - you’ve walked the full path and done the real work. Love hearing how your wife has seen the shift and how you’ve reclaimed leadership in your marriage and life. We’ll make sure Coach Franco sees your words - he’ll be honored. Grateful to have you in the brotherhood and proud of the man you’ve become.

I joined TPM back in December 2024 with the goal of improving my relationship with my wife and kids. From day one, the Powerful Man support and encouragement from Coach Franco and the other guys in the program have made a profound difference. Thanks to their guidance, my relationships are in a much better place both as a father and with my wife. The program offers a strong network of support, and you truly get out of it what you’re willing to invest in yourself. TPM focuses on key areas including self, health, relationships, wealth, and business, which creates a well-rounded approach to personal growth. Many of us pick one or two areas to focus on with list of feedback from the pack. I am much better at making sure those around me are more heard, seen, and valued—something I credit directly to the impact TPM has had on me. If you’re ready to commit to your own growth, TPM and Coach Franco are incredible resources to help you transform your life.
