I ordered the $250 mystery box and a random other $2 pick. After a week of waiting, I reached out to seller. Seller said that it would be sent shortly. Cool. Since it didn't arrive within a week, I ordered from 3 other shops. All 3 shops delivered their products within 3 days. 2 weeks go by, and seller said that it will be shipping in a week. Ok. Another week goes by, I reach out to seller, and they say that it was sent to USPS and it should update within 24-48 hours. 3 days later I called USPS, no order has arrived. I wait another week. No order. Because all the lies and based on other reviews, I assume this is a scam business to profit off of shipping fees while refunding the value of just the product. I skipped a step and went straight to my bank to charge back. Will not be ordering again, and will warn anyone I know. Edit-(12/28/24) Seller has attempted to say my review contains harmful or illegal content, in order to get it removed. On his "About Company" page of the website, it says that he has reported 14 different one star reviews for the same reasons, and all but one of their reports were declined by trustpilot. If someone is scamming people and trying to remove their review, that should be a major red flag! Buyer beware!

Seller doesn’t ship on time and it took multiple emails to try and resolve. Still have not received my product. UPDATE: The merchants response is completely false. I waited to contact them after my last preorder was available. They failed to respond to me so I had no choice but to submit a chargeback. I still haven't received any product from them so I'm a little confused how I can enjoy it when it was never received.

They only took the shipping charge and did not send the product. Inquiries were ignored. I would like to correct an error in your reply. It states that you have refunded the full amount of the refund, but not the shipping costs. I have inquired about this point both in the website chat and by email, but have not received a response. Therefore, I am writing to say that I was only charged for shipping and that my inquiry was ignored. I am writing this as a matter of fact because I received a request for a review via email. If you are asking for a correction, please let me know the specific part. As for the address, it is hard to believe that it is inadequate because it is an address that exists and other mail has been received from Japan and the US. Even if it was insufficient, wouldn't that be a reason to charge me for postage and not reply to my mail?Why would I give you an incorrect address in the first place?You get paid to be stingy with the address and take the shipping charge.

Never got the product I was promised I was going to give at least one star but took it off on second thought keep the one star at least you took the order but didn’t send it!

It's been 8 days my order is still not shipped I don't understand and won't answer my messages no cool

I ordered a case and only received 1 of each box instead of the greninja/ kingdra boxes and they have yet to reply to any of my emails

Tried to cancel a pre-order because it was duplicate and I had yet to pay for it. The refused and told me that would have to pay for it, wait and get it delivered in several months and the return it with shipping cost to me.

It’s been 2 weeks since I’ve ordered my package and it hasn’t arrived, has been in Wyckoff, New Jersey since may 30and I haven’t gotten any more updates
