I though it is a product from the US, but it is actually from China, so the quality doesn't fit its price. Not to mention the possibility private information risk in China...

I tried to cancel order within hours of ordering. No response beyond an automated email acknowledging the request, and you shipped anyway. Then I asked to return the item, on which you want ME to pay shipping. Again no response beyond a confirmation I've requested a return. And now you want a review.... SMH Probably heading over to my credit card company to see if I can claw back my payment.

TL:DR It's not the worst case I've tried.. but the corners on the front cover catch in your pocket, the back is too thick to use with wireless chargers/mounts, the stand is about as wishy washy as the senate, the pen falls out super easy.. the hinge is probably the best I've seen, it doesn't catch, it doesn't restrict opening.. the phone still has issues when opening closing like the 9 did but 🤷 it's google right.. If I could find a better case, i would.. it will suffice till then

Product fits phone very well and seems to protect it. Delivery took very long.

Wrong parts delivered. I paid for fast delivery. It took weeks to arrive. I expect to be reimbursed for the inconvenience. This is going to be posted on line. This hole experience was disaster

Shipping tracking Was A Joke! I RECIVED tracking info shortly after purchase , RECIVED updates every few days items were delivered ! RECIVED update that it was delayed in customs . next day RECIVED a update for delivery week later RECIVED a item delivered . ALL VERY CONFUSING 😡

Box arrived with screen protectors and without a case. Tried to contact the company through website, and have received no answer

Ordered a case for my phone, they sent me the wrong case then would not process a refund or trade and said it was my fault.
