The Piece LondonReviews of thepiecelondon.com

✨Absolutely Stunning ✨ The necklace has become my ‘go to’ piece. Since I received it I’ve worn it almost everyday and receive compliments every time I wear it. Sarah has an incredible nack for finding truly stunning, quality pieces.

I needed a bracelet for my daughter’s birthday. Found the perfect one on the website, had a quick chat with Sarah over IG and the bracelet was with me the next day, ready to send to my daughter. (She loved it) Excellent service.

Sarah does a great job answering questions; she provided me with extra photos upon request, and also gave clear and helpful advice around whether a piece could be shortened. Really helpful and clear, and the bracelet I bought is lovely

Sarah was a joy to work with. She customized my piece and delivery perfectly. I am now a loyal customer.

Amazing all around! This is my second purchase from The Piece. I LOVE my ring - the gemstone is so beautiful. Customer service is great too!! Highly recommend!!

Sarah and her company deserves all the five star reviews! She is always willing to answer questions, share her knowledge, and never makes you feel like you are bothering her. She really does go above and beyond for customer service. Even amidst tariffs and import taxes, she always puts the customer first and she makes and sources such beautiful pieces of jewelry! I cannot praise her enough!

The seller was responsive and provided excellent advice on a chain ring I had my eyes on but was on the fence for a while. I am glad I reached out before purchasing. The ring has not come off ever since and it's become an everyday staple.

Fantastic company to shop with. Such personal and professional service. The product I purchased more than met my expectations. Its simply stunning.
