I joined Phoenix to get help with my health. The membership has been worth every penny. The founder Kevin Tran is amazing and pours everything he has into the Phoenix community. I especially enjoy the informative videos, so educating!

This is a great community with a tremendous amount of resources and a strong and active group of people supporting those who carry one or two copies of the APOE4 gene. The founder, Kevin Tran, has done an amazing amount of work setting up the site and he continues to add new features all the time. I am very glad I found the Pheonix Community!

My experience with the Phoenix Community has been great. If a person finds themselves with the APOE4 gene, this is the place to find the right help. From bloodwork tracking and suggestions to studies- expert interviews and suggestions to small group networking- and much more. The only thing holding a person back from helping themselves in this group, is not taking advantage of all the resources. And Kevin is always finding more ways to make this an even more ideal resource. Thanks Kevin!

I am an ApoE4+/+ individual and joined Phoenix more than a year ago. Professionally, I have a strong background in biomedical research, particularly in immunopathology (though there is little overlap with research on neurodegenerative diseases). From the very beginning, I was deeply impressed by Dr. Kevin Trans’s unwavering commitment to providing well-founded and truly evidence-based information about the possibilities—as well as the limitations—of positively influencing the course of Alzheimer’s disease. Among the many ways Kevin supports the ApoE4+ community, I would like to highlight in particular his Journal Club, in which he discusses the latest findings from the scientific literature on the pathogenesis, diagnosis, prevention, and/or treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. His commentary on current scientific publications is truly outstanding, both in terms of the scientific standards he applies and his efforts to provide a balanced assessment of the potential benefits compared to the pitfalls and limitations of new scientific findings. As both a biomedical researcher and an ApoE4 carrier, I am extremely grateful for Kevin’s initiative and ongoing perseverance in shedding some light on the darkness surrounding this disease.

The Phoenix Community is a very unique group for carriers of the APOE4 gene. It's a space where we are looking for real current strategies to move the needle towards stability, improvement or even reversal of Alzheimer's symptoms. Members range from doctors, scientists, nurses, health coaches, pharmacology, to this with no science backgrounds. It is a goto to learn of others' experiences, or the latest research on things you can do now. Or, you can communicate your ups and downs, fears and success. I can't recommend this group enough. The members show compassion and a willingness to help. Do your self a favor and sign up immediately! The clock is ticking, but you can slow it down.

APOE4 is the scariest thing you will ever hear if you are concerned with brain health, Alzheimer's or longevity. It is not a diagnosis but a threat. Dr. Kevin Tran and the Phoenix group is the first and best resource and support group for APOE4 carriers like me. Knowledge is power and this group is the center of knowledge for us in our fight against dementia. You need to join us if you have or know anyone with APOE4. It could save your life!

For APOE4 carriers, THIS is your home. Experience. Education. Tracking. Research. Data. Support. Resources. Personalization. No hype. Just hard science as we know it today surrounded by compassionate, inquisitive, thoughtful 4 carriers sharing a common goal.

This is a wonderful community for APOE4 carriers. You get up to the minute info about how to boost your odds of staying healthy, what food/supplements to try, biomarkers that are especially relevant for APOE4 carriers, clinical trials and research. And of course there is a terrific community of people. There is a lot of hope and as an APOE4 carrier you have agency - particularly if you have good information to act on. I highly recommend.
